Connect Kadaleo to your AI assistant

Ask Claude, Claude Code or ChatGPT about your bookings, customers, website and payments, and have it prepare the work. Anything that reaches a customer or touches money waits for your confirmation on Kadaleo.

What the connector does

The Kadaleo connector lets an AI assistant you already use work inside your own Kadaleo business. It reads the data you allow, such as today's bookings, your customer list or your website text, and it can prepare or carry out the actions you allow. You choose what it may see and do on the consent screen when you connect, and you can disconnect it at any time.

Who can connect

Only the owner of a business can connect an assistant, and the business needs a paid plan or a trial. Managers and other team members cannot. One connection belongs to one business: if you own several, you pick the business on the consent screen.

How to connect

The address of the Kadaleo connector is https://api.kadaleo.com/mcp

Claude (claude.ai)

  1. Open Customize, then Connectors.
  2. Choose Add custom connector.
  3. Name it Kadaleo and enter the address https://api.kadaleo.com/mcp.
  4. Choose Connect. Sign in to Kadaleo with your owner account if asked.
  5. On the consent screen, choose the business, tick what the assistant may see and do, and choose Allow.

Claude Code

Run this command in your terminal:

claude mcp add --transport http kadaleo https://api.kadaleo.com/mcp

Then start Claude Code and use /mcp to sign in. Your browser opens the Kadaleo consent screen, which says the app runs on your own computer. Choose the business, tick what it may do and choose Allow.

ChatGPT

  1. Open Settings in ChatGPT and go to Plugins.
  2. Add a custom MCP server.
  3. Enter the address https://api.kadaleo.com/mcp.
  4. Sign in to Kadaleo with your owner account, choose the business, tick what ChatGPT may see and do, and choose Allow.

Where custom connectors appear in ChatGPT depends on your ChatGPT plan and version.

What it can read and do

The areas below are separate ticks on the consent screen. Leave an area unticked and the assistant cannot use it.

Bookings and calendar
See bookings, services and free times. Prepare a new booking, moving, cancelling or confirming one, and a change to a service's price, length or description or to your opening hours.
Customers
Search customers and see their details, status, deals and the numbers about your customer book. Add private notes and follow-up tasks, set a customer's status and move deals. None of these sends anything to the customer.
Conversations
See your conversations with customers across channels, without the message text. Prepare a reply in a conversation, or send the customer their booking link.
Customers' notes and messages
Read what customers wrote: their messages and the notes on them. This is its own tick, read only, and the assistant sees none of it without it.
Your website
See your pages, their text, search titles and the website score. Change a text, the look of the site, the home page's search title and description, and add, rename or move a page.
Social posts and comments
See posts, comments, connected accounts and your photo library. Save draft posts. Prepare publishing or scheduling a post, or a public reply to a comment.
Reviews
See public reviews. Save a draft reply. Prepare posting a public reply.
Invoices and payments
See invoices and payment totals. Prepare a payment request that sends the customer a link to pay. Payment links are never shown to the assistant.

What you confirm yourself

The assistant only prepares anything that reaches a customer or the public, or that touches money: replies, booking and payment links, bookings, cancellations, posts, review replies, price and opening-hours changes. It gives you a link to Kadaleo, where you read exactly what will happen, who receives it and on which channel, and then confirm or decline. Nothing happens before you confirm, and a prepared action expires after 10 minutes.

Website changes

Changes to your website's text, look and pages apply at once, because they are edits you can take back. The assistant can undo its last change, and Kadaleo keeps the last 20 versions. It refuses to undo if the site was changed again since, so it never erases newer work. A change to a contact detail or a price is prepared and confirmed by you like any other action.

What it never does

These are not available to any connected assistant:

  • Refunds and any other movement of money
  • Deleting, merging, importing or exporting customers
  • Sending campaigns
  • Team members and permissions
  • AI consent switches
  • Domains
  • Your plan, billing and closing the account
  • Deleting a website page

Things you can ask

  • “What needs my attention today?”
  • “Which customers have not visited in 60 days? Add a follow-up task for the first five.”
  • “Find a free time for a haircut next Tuesday and prepare the booking for Anna.”
  • “Write a reply to the last unanswered message. I will confirm it on Kadaleo.”
  • “Check my home page's search title and description and improve them.”

How to disconnect

In Kadaleo open Settings, then Connected apps, and choose Revoke next to the app. The assistant loses access at once. The same page shows when each app was last used and what it did. A connection also ends when you stop being the owner, when your account is closed or when you sign out everywhere.

If something does not work

Sign-in keeps going round

Sign in to Kadaleo in the same browser first, with the account that owns the business, then start the connection again from your assistant.

"Only the owner can connect an app"

The account you signed in with is not the owner of any business. Sign in with the owner's account.

"Connecting an app needs an active plan"

The business needs a paid plan or a trial. The connection works again once the plan is active.

An action expired

A prepared action waits 10 minutes for your confirmation. Ask the assistant to prepare it again.

The assistant cannot see something

That area was not ticked when you connected. Disconnect the app in Settings, Connected apps, and connect it again with the area ticked.

Data

What the connector reads and does is listed on the consent screen when you connect it, and every call is recorded in Settings → Connected apps. Your AI provider receives the data you allow under your own agreement with it; Kadaleo has no control over it after that. Actions that reach a customer or touch money are prepared by the app and confirmed by you on Kadaleo.

Kadaleo verifies no app other than the ones it lists; connect only apps you trust.
