How the 14-day trial works

- During the trial50 AI content pieces, 100 AI agent replies to customers and 1 website build, plus €3 for images, video and WhatsApp that ends with the trial and is never paid out. Your own domain comes with a paid plan.
- If you don't choose a planYour site and online booking stay online on the free plan, up to 100 bookings over the life of the account, cancelled ones included; you can add or import customers by hand until you have 100, and customers who write to you or book online are always added. CRM, calendar and Inbox keep working by hand. AI replies, automations, social publishing, invoices and AI generation pause. Nothing turns into a paid plan by itself.
- If you subscribe during the trialYour first payment is taken when the trial ends, not before (in the trial's last two days, when you subscribe), plus VAT where it applies. The plan then renews automatically every month until you cancel in Billing. Cancel before the first payment and you pay nothing; after a payment, the plan runs to the end of the paid month.

Questions owners ask before starting.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from Billing in your dashboard. Your plan runs to the end of the month you paid for, then your site and online booking stay online on the free plan. When you cancel, a month already started is not refunded; the exceptions are listed under Refunds in the Terms.
What happens to my customers and bookings if I stop paying?
They stay. Your site, online booking, customer records and calendar remain on the free plan. Online booking allows 100 bookings over the life of the account, cancelled ones included. You can add or import customers by hand until you have 100; customers who write to you or book online are always added. AI replies, automations, social publishing, invoices and connecting a new domain need a plan again.
What can I do before choosing a plan?

What is Premium Usage?
Credit for images, video and other premium actions. Each plan includes a monthly amount that resets each period; top-ups from €10 to €100 do not expire while your account is open.
How do payments work?
Through Stripe, connected to your business: payment links, deposits, invoices and refunds, with cards and MB WAY. The paid status updates on the customer's record.
Which channels does the agent answer in?
WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email. Each channel has its own switch; availability depends on the provider account and its permissions.
Is there an AI chat on my website?
No. Your website takes online bookings. The Kadaleo agent answers in your messaging channels.
Which social networks can Kadaleo publish to?
Instagram, Facebook Pages, Threads, X, TikTok (video), Pinterest, YouTube and Telegram channels, in a format suited to each. YouTube uploads can stay private until Google's review of Kadaleo is complete.
