Booking software for classes, tours and workshops
A yoga class at six, a boat tour on Saturday, a pottery workshop on Sunday mornings: they run at set times, and each has a limited number of places. With Kadaleo people book a place, or several for a group, on your website and in chat with the AI agent, and bookings and payments stay on one customer record.
Why Kadaleo for classes, tours and workshops
Places, not appointments
Set how many people each session takes. Every booking takes its places, and when only a few are left, customers see how many.
Groups book together
Customers say how many people first. A session without room for the whole group shows a warning and cannot be chosen.
Your timetable, once
Weekly times plus one-off dates, like a holiday class. Customers see the coming eight weeks without you adding each date.
Paid per person
A price per person. Take the full price or a deposit per person through Stripe when they book, or let them pay at the session.
One message when plans change
Cancel a date and everyone booked on it gets a message that it is cancelled, with your phone number or a line to reply. Unpaid payment links are cancelled with it, and Kadaleo names anyone it has no way to contact.
Your list for every session
Each session in your calendar shows who is coming, how many places are taken and who has paid.
How it works
Add a session service
Name, length, price per person and places per session.
Set the weekly times
Pick the days and the start time. Add extra dates for one-off sessions.
Choose group size and closing time
The smallest and largest group that can book together, and when online booking closes before the start.
Choose payment
Nothing up front, a deposit per person or the full price, paid through Stripe.
Show it on your site
Each session service gets a card with the next date that has room, and a booking form in your site's language. When only a few places are left, the card says how many.
What is included
Booking in chat
The AI agent asks how many people and which session, quotes the total and what is due now, worked out by Kadaleo, and on a yes creates the booking, with a payment link if something is due.
One calendar event per session
Each session with confirmed bookings appears once in your Google Calendar, with the places taken, not once for every booking.
The customer behind each booking
Every booking becomes a contact with messages, bookings and payments in one record.
Follow-up after the session
If you switch them on: a feedback request and one invitation to book again, by email, only to customers who agreed.
What it connects to
Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for your sessions, and your messaging accounts for the Inbox and the agent.
Honest notes and limits
- Refunds are not automatic. When you cancel a session, you refund paid places yourself, from each payment in Kadaleo.
- One price per person per session: there are no child or member prices yet.
- Passes and memberships are not part of Kadaleo yet.
- Your website has no AI chat. It takes online bookings, and the Kadaleo agent answers in your messaging channels.

Common questions
Can I run a workshop once a month?
Yes. Add each date as a one-off date; repeating times are weekly.
Can I bring a cancelled date back?
Only if nobody was booked on it. Otherwise add a new date.
Can I add people who book by phone?
Yes, from your calendar, right up to the start. They get no payment link and can pay you at the session.
When does online booking close?
You choose: up to the start, or a quarter of an hour, an hour or a day before it.
