Honest notes and limits
- Stock and shipping for product orders are not managed in Kadaleo.
- Your website has no AI chat. It takes online bookings, and the Kadaleo agent answers in your messaging channels.
- Publishing, online booking, AI replies and automation are on during the trial. On the free plan your site and online booking stay online, up to 100 bookings over the life of the account, cancelled ones included; you can add or import customers by hand until you have 100, and customers who write to you or book online are always added; AI replies and automation need a paid plan.
- Follow-up goes only to customers who agreed to receive it.
