FareHarbor alternative for classes, tours and rentals

Kadaleo puts your own brand first: your own website with online booking, on your own domain, so guests book with you directly. Classes and tours run at set times with a number of places, and rentals are booked by dates. Around it you get an AI agent that answers in five messengers, bookings and payments on one customer record, and your social media in the same place. Below is why that matters, then the two tools side by side.

Why Kadaleo instead of FareHarbor

  • Your brand, your website

Kadaleo builds your website from your details and photos, with online booking, SEO settings and your own domain. Clients book you on your own site, under your own name.

  • Places per session

Set how many people each session takes. Every booking takes its places, and when only a few are left, customers see how many.

  • One record for every customer

Messages from every channel, bookings, deals, tasks and payments for a person in one record.

  • A price per person, a deposit per person

A price per person. Take the full price or a deposit per person through Stripe when they book, or let them pay at the session.

  • An AI agent in five messengers

WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email. It answers from your business facts in the client's language, understands voice messages, books open slots and hands over to you when needed.

  • Customers you keep

One record with history, deals and tasks. Kadaleo can ask for feedback and send one invitation to book again, only to customers who agreed.

How it works

  1. Add a session service

Name, length, price per person and places per session.

  2. Set the weekly times

Pick the days and the start time. Add extra dates for one-off sessions.

  3. Choose group size and closing time

The smallest and largest group that can book together, and when online booking closes before the start.

  4. Choose payment

Nothing up front, a deposit per person or the full price, paid through Stripe.

  5. Show it on your site

Each session service gets a card with the next date that has room, and a booking form in your site's language. When only a few places are left, the card says how many.

What is included

Booking in chat

The AI agent asks how many people and which session, quotes the total and what is due now, worked out by Kadaleo, and on a yes creates the booking, with a payment link if something is due.

One calendar event per session

Each session with confirmed bookings appears once in your Google Calendar, with the places taken, not once for every booking.

The customer behind each booking

Every booking becomes a contact with messages, bookings and payments in one record.

Follow-up after the session

If you switch them on: a feedback request and one invitation to book again, by email, only to customers who agreed.

A booking page that is a website

Built from your details and photos, with online booking built in and editable on the page.

Payments through Stripe

Payment links, deposits, invoices and refunds, with cards and MB WAY.

What it connects to

Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for your sessions, and your messaging accounts for the Inbox and the agent.

Honest notes and limits

  • FareHarbor may suit you better if you run a larger tour or activity operation: its site lists affiliate and API partners, OTA connections, waivers, a mobile app, a point of sale and a private events product. Kadaleo has no marketplace, no OTA or affiliate connections and no point of sale.
  • One price per person per session: there are no child or member prices yet.
  • Your website has no AI chat. It takes online bookings, and the Kadaleo agent answers in your messaging channels.
  • AI replies and automation are on during the trial and on a paid plan. On the free plan they are paused, while your site and online booking stay online.

How it fits the rest of Kadaleo

Pricing

Kadaleo plans start from €49 per month + VAT. The trial needs no card, and your site and online booking stay online on the free plan after it. See pricing

Common questions

Does Kadaleo have a marketplace?

No. Clients find you through your own website, your social accounts and your messaging channels.

Can a group book together?

Yes. Customers say how many people first. A session without room for the whole group shows a warning and cannot be chosen.

Can the agent book a session in chat?

Yes. The AI agent asks how many people and which session, quotes the total and what is due now, and on a yes creates the booking, with a payment link if something is due.

Which channels does the Kadaleo agent answer in?

WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email. Availability depends on each provider's account and permissions.

Your business. One place to run it.
