Treatwell alternative for salons and spas

Treatwell is a marketplace where new clients find a salon. Kadaleo works on the other side of the booking: your own website with online booking, an AI agent that answers in five messengers, bookings and payments on one customer record, and your social media in the same place. It works for salons and spas, and for any business that sells appointments. Below is why that matters, then the two tools side by side.

Why Kadaleo instead of Treatwell

  • Clients book you directly

Clients book on your own website, in your social accounts and in your messaging channels, with no marketplace in between.

  • An AI agent in five messengers

WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email. It answers from your business facts in the client's language, understands voice messages, books open slots and hands over to you when needed.

  • Social media planned for you

A month of posts around your goal, with images and short videos made by Kadaleo with Premium Usage. A post goes out only after your approval, to Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and more.

  • A CRM with deals and tasks

Every message, booking, deal, task and payment for a client in one record, with CSV import and export.

  • For every kind of appointment

Beauty and wellness, and also tutors, coaches, photographers and other service businesses: services, staff and resources, with Google Calendar sync. Classes and tours get places per session, and equipment, vehicles and stays are rented by the day or the night.

  • An overview of your business

Business Coach answers your questions about the business and sends a weekly digest. Goals suggest the next step and measure the result.

How it works

  1. Decide where your clients come from

If you want to be found on a marketplace of people searching for a salon, that is what Treatwell describes. If most of your clients find you through your own site, Instagram or WhatsApp, you need those channels to book too.

  2. Bring your service menu

Add services, prices and durations, the staff and resources, and your available times. The same menu feeds your site and the agent.

  3. Build your own site

Add your photos and Kadaleo composes a site around them, with online booking built in. Publish on a Kadaleo address or on your own domain.

  4. Connect your messaging channels

Connect WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram or email. The agent answers from your facts and books open slots.

  5. Connect Stripe and your calendar

Take deposits and payment links with cards and MB WAY, and show when you are busy elsewhere with Google Calendar.

Honest notes and limits

  • Treatwell may suit you better if you want a European marketplace where new clients find your salon: its site describes a commission only on a new client's first marketplace booking, card machines and Tap to Pay. Kadaleo has no marketplace and does not send you new clients.
  • Kadaleo can sell simple products from your site and follow each order, but stock and shipping are not managed in Kadaleo.
  • Your website has no AI chat. It takes online bookings, and the Kadaleo agent answers in your messaging channels.
  • AI replies and automation are on during the trial and on a paid plan. On the free plan they are paused, while your site and online booking stay online.

Common questions

Does Kadaleo have a marketplace?

No. Clients find you through your own website, your social accounts and your messaging channels.

Can I use Kadaleo and keep my Treatwell listing?

You can. Two booking calendars can book the same time twice, so choose one as the place clients book. Kadaleo sees only the busy times of a connected Google Calendar.

Does Kadaleo reply to Instagram and WhatsApp messages?

Yes. The agent answers in WhatsApp, Instagram Direct, Facebook Messenger, Telegram and email, and books open slots. Availability depends on each provider's account and permissions.

Can I move my client list?

You can add or import customers, and import and export contacts as CSV.
